With over 25 years of experience, she has been instrumental in positioning Pam Golding Properties as Zambia’s foremost and most trusted real estate brand, known for its professionalism, market intelligence, and commitment to excellence.
A visionary entrepreneur and respected industry authority, Inutu has led the company from inception to national prominence, advising developers, investors, corporates, and quasi-government institutions on high-impact real estate and infrastructure projects. Since 2021, she has served as a Judge for the Africa Business Heroes Competition, the Jack Ma Foundation’s flagship initiative supporting emerging African entrepreneurs. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors (South Africa) and the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Copperbelt University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mechanics of Real Estate Finance from Middlesex University.
