Chengelo Mwape is a Registered Valuation Surveyor and full Member of the Zambia Institute of Valuation Surveyors (ZIVS), bringing over 18 years of experience in property valuation across Zambia. He holds a BSc in Land Economy from Copperbelt University and currently serves as Head of Valuation at Pam Golding Properties Zambia Limited, where he leads a team delivering accurate, compliant, and defensible valuations in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS).
Chengelo specialises in the valuation of commercial, industrial, residential, and specialised assets — including hotels, shopping malls, filling stations, farms, and manufacturing facilities for various purposes spanning secured lending, financial reporting, sale and purchase, highest and best use analysis, and market feasibility studies.
