Chawe has been privileged to assist clients with buying, selling, and renting homes. Finding the perfect buyer for a home, and the perfect home for a buyer, is what she does. She cherishes every relationship she builds with clients and genuinely loves doing it — preferring to feel like a friend rather than just an agent. Every client she meets is unique, with different real estate needs, and she believes strongly in a philosophy of transparency.
Thanks to a combined seven years of real estate studies and practice, Chawe has been working with Pam Golding Properties since September 2020. She specializes in residential sales and rentals, and got into real estate because of her love for working with people — a passion shaped by her background in the hospitality and service industry.
Real estate is a service industry, and one that comes with real emotion - both the good and the stressful. Chawe never loses sight of the fact that she is providing a service for her clients, and she does whatever she can to make that experience as stress-free as possible, approaching everything with sensitivity and patience.
She believes that creating something of value has to lead first with integrity, which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together.
